Chantal Montgomery Interiors: Making dream homes come true✨

Home has always been the ultimate place of comfort for me and for as long as I can remember, it has been my dream to create a space that is warm and welcoming to all those who enter. A safe haven not only for myself but for my family and all of my loved ones as well.

I've spent pretty much all of my adult life moving around and putting roots down for only a few years at a time, in any given house, apartment, city, or state. It was a stark contrast to how I grew up but exactly how I had aways said I wanted to spend my life. With each move, whether to a new house or to a new state, I was excited for new beginnings! A new place to explore, a new place to settle into, a new place to decorate. Eventually, once eveything started to come full circle and my husband & I had the opportunity to move back to where we had long decided we wanted to "settle down," I finally felt like I was getting the opportunity to not only decorate a space, but really design it and lean into creating that ultimate safe haven I had always found comfort in.

Ultimately after only two years updating, decorating and settling into our home, we ended up moving again. Now three years into our current home, we have done more work to it than we could have ever imagined we would be doing, with no sign of stopping–or moving–anytime soon. The mental shift of moving with the intention of settling down has invigorated a passion in me for all things interiors: designing, decorating, styling and creating those spaces of comfort & warmth that can be a safe haven for all.

Here I will be sharing the updates I am working on, showing the process from the "before" all the way through the demo, the planning, the reno, and finally the "after."
